Shipping/ Delivery Policy

Once your ordered is received by The Mulberry Bush Hawes, if the item(s) is (are) available shipment will be next day. If item(s) is (are) not in stock, an email will be sent outlining rough delivery times if the product(s) is (are) still available.

Orders within the UK are a flat rate of £6.50 for standard delivery. For smaller items, call the shop and a quote will be given over the phone. For orders Oversees, please call or email for delivery options.

The Mulberry Bush Hawes will make contact if there are issues with dispatch such as postal strikes.

Item(s) sent with Royal Mail. If customer requires insurance, please call for quote.

Returns Policy

If a customer intends to return an item(s), they must notify The Mulberry Bush Hawes within 14 days of receiving the item(s) via phone call or email. The item(s) must then be returned to The Mulberry Bush Hawes within a further 14 days. All returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item(s) is (are) faulty.

All returns must be returned in original packaging. Any items with labels removed may not be accepted. Photographic proof may be required.

Proof of refund will be sent via Whatsapp or email. Please note that refunds that are credited to a credit card may take longer to process. Refunds will be made to the same card that was used to purchase the item(s).
